Now that so many paperbacks are being 'made up' into hardback editions for the rarer h/b books, i wonder if these papervacks will become the new collectibles in the series.

sorry but i cant really see that happening..the first edition hardback will always be the goal of the harcore collector

I agree! Around 6-9 months ago there were a flush of these rebound paperbacks being sold on ebay & they fetched awfully low prices or didn't sell at all and now today there in very few to be seen on ebay!! This forum could do with one of the experts putting a guide/article on here on how to spot a rebound paperback!

This could save a few of us from wasting a lot on a pretty worthless book which maybe described as a 1st edition hardback especially as so many N/N book sales are transacted online now!

Advices anyone?
