An excellent idea. I could do with putting a dust jacket on those of my collection which have lost their original ones!
How long before we can order these?

Hi Alex,

Will the POD jackets actually show POD? will they otherwise be completely identical to the original D/J's?

Will the title, number & 'COLLINS' be on the spine?

Could you post an example on your website of an example when they are ready? This would be very much appreciated.

Cheers,

Lee.

Dear Collins/Alex,

I have not had a reply to my posting above dated 17/06/2010 as yet. As it's now August can you confirm that the POD D/J's are to be ready this month as your above posting suggested? Could you post an image of one as an example on here please which will answer my questions from my posting on 17/06/2010?

Thanks,

Lee.

Well, I've received a couple of POD jackets, and they're quite fine. They look to me exactly as Natur(alists) intended, other than them being laminated.

Will we get PODs for the monographs as well? I picked up a bargain Fulmar recently, albeit without DJ.

Hi we are currently in the process of setting up print on demand monograph books (with dustjackets) separate monograph dustjackets. They are currently being proofed and we will let you all know when ready.

Well it's great to see the PoD monographs here, although, you know, I'm still not sure I'm tempted by any of them at £50.  But I'd really welcome PoD jackets for "Fleas, Flukes and Cuckoos", and I might cheat and put a NN cover on the private "Lords & Ladies" reprint.  Any news when these might be ready?

I've just ordered weeds & Aliens. It's a present for my Girlfriend, I hope it comes with a dust jacket. I'm happy with a re-print as she works in the field and will be using it - hopefully on a daily basis. So, the tougher the better really ! Dust Jacket please :-)
