| Interesting line this one - all this 'tidying up' and replacing would surely put up the value of those jackets that were retained - perhaps in some cases even fragmentary ones!

| Back to the original thread, Good point. I think it would be a great idea to get an Ellis cover (or in the style) on those two 'abberent' things - they're horrible and will be the last ones I will get to complete my collection as I cant ever bring myself to buy them, even cheap.

| Hi Stephen, I have been looking into reproducing the original Ellis designs for 'The Broads' and 'Snowdonia National Park' for some time. These will hopefully be produced as a limited editions on high quality paper. I will let you know as soon as these are available. best wishes Tim (New Naturalist Collectors Club)

Lee3764 (24/08/2009) I agree too! Please Collins would you make it possible for us enthusiasts to purchase replacement genuine Dustjackets for any which we have that have faded or are damaged on our books? I guess that many, many N/N collectors/readers would take advantage of this & Collins would do pretty well out of it too! It might take the sting out of the crazy prices for that perfect Dustjacket on that 1st edition book that is commanded for the scarcer titles! Thoughts anyone?Reply possibly please Collins as this subject has been raised again by members including me? Thanks in anticipation.......Lee Slaughter.

Please reply to my posts dated 24/8/2009 & 25/11/2009. I would be interested in replacement D/J's for my 2 x N/N no:1 'Butterflies' to start off with please? Anyone else looking for replacement D/J's?? Why not make it known on this thread. Thanks in anticipation Collins..........Lee Slaughter. (40 N/N's titles and counting/still collecting).

| I am staggered that there are 1187 viewings of this individual thread and only 16 (before this reply) replies!!! Dustjackets and Print on Demand must be extremely popular but not many members wish to discuss or add comments/their opinion.

| As has now been posted elsewhere, the answer is yes, Collins will be publishing official POD dustjackets for the main series in 2010 - available to order through this website. Alex Collins
